Elastic Flip is published by JINGREN CHEN. This policy describes the iOS and Android game.
Gameplay and local data
Elastic Flip works offline. The game does not require an account and does not collect or transmit personal data through gameplay. It has no advertisements, analytics, tracking tools, social features, or in-app purchases.
The game stores completed patterns, best move counts used to calculate star ratings, an unfinished pattern, and settings such as language and sound in the app's local storage. This information is used on your device to restore your progress and preferences. We do not receive it, sell it, or share it with third parties.
Daily patterns are generated using the date on your device. The game does not send that date to a server or request a pattern from an online service.
Your choices
You can turn sound and supported vibration feedback off in Settings, choose a language, or enable reduced motion.
Settings → Reset progress clears completed patterns, best move counts, and the saved unfinished puzzle from the game. Your sound, language, and other preferences are kept. Deleting the app or clearing its app data may remove its local progress. Device backup and restore behavior is controlled by your operating system and your device settings. Elastic Flip does not provide its own cloud sync service.
Device permissions and third-party services
The game does not request access to your contacts, photos, location, camera, or microphone. Optional vibration feedback is used only on devices that support it.
Apple, Google, and your operating system may process store transactions, installation information, diagnostics, or device backups under their own terms and privacy policies. Those platform services are separate from the game's local progress storage.
Support
If you choose to contact support at diamont1001@mail.com, we receive the message and contact information you send. We use that information to respond to your request and address the issue you report. Do not send passwords or sensitive information. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request or meet applicable obligations. You may contact us to ask about or request deletion of your support correspondence.
The app itself does not upload a save file, device diagnostics, or other attachments to support.
Children
The game has no account system, chat, advertising, or personal-data collection during gameplay. This does not change how a device's app store or operating system handles its own services.
Changes and contact
