1. Information we collect
Craps EC does not collect or transmit personal data to us. The app has no account system, analytics service, advertising SDK, or third-party tracking SDK. We do not receive your name, email address, device identifiers, location, contacts, usage history, calculator inputs, or physical-roll records.
2. Data stored on your device
The app stores physical dice trackers locally on your device. This can include tracker names, manually entered dice results, point-cycle history, calculator-rule settings, guide status, and your Pro entitlement status. One-wager payout calculations are not saved. This information is used only to provide app features and is not uploaded to our servers.
3. Local product metrics
Craps EC may keep a small set of anonymous product events locally on your device, such as tutorial completion or paywall views. These events are not transmitted to us and never contain bet amounts, balances, dice sequences, payouts, or session content.
4. In-app purchases
Purchases and restores are processed by the platform store available on your device, such as Apple’s App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store payment-card details. Store processing is governed by the applicable Apple Privacy Policy or Google Privacy Policy.
5. Exporting and sharing
When you explicitly choose to export JSON or CSV data, Craps EC passes the export to your device’s system share sheet. You decide the destination. We do not receive a copy.
6. Device backups
Your operating system may include locally stored app data in a device backup or restore process that you control. Craps EC does not provide a separate cloud-sync service.
7. Data sharing and sale
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your personal data because the app does not collect it. External services are limited to platform store operations and destinations you explicitly choose when exporting.
8. Data deletion
You can delete individual trackers inside the app. Deleting the app removes locally stored data from that device, subject to backups you control. We hold no server-side account or record to delete.
9. Children’s privacy
Craps EC is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else.
10. Security
Your local data benefits from protections provided by your device and operating system. Keep your device software and passcode up to date.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
